Rapeseed oil is vegetable oil derived from rape seeds. Its production includes the following stages:

seed cleaning
shredding
heat and moisture treatment
forpressing
oil extraction from cake using organic solvent
oil initial purification

The oil can be refined or delivered unrefined.

Rapeseed oil is widely used in metallurgy, textile industry, soap and cosmetics production, as well as in biodiesel production.

Canola oil has a reduced content of erucic acid, glucosinolates and chlorophylls, and as a result — a more pleasant taste, smell and color. It allows canola oil to be used in food. It contains polyunsaturated acids, antioxidants (vitamins A and E) and essential amino acids — linoleic and linolenic. Rich in trace elements (calcium, copper, manganese, magnesium, zinc), which are very well digested.
