Sunflower oilcake is a high-protein fodder product obtained after the mechanical pressing of oil from sunflower seeds. It contains up to 40% proteins and more, 8-9% oil and up to 20% fiber.  

It is used as an additive in a diet of agricultural animals and as one of the mixed fodder components. It can be supplied in three forms: powdered, granules or pressed plates.

It is valued for its high protein content, oil rich in fatty acids, tocopherols and phospholipids, and optimal fiber content. It is rich in calcium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, copper and B vitamins.
